A website's job is to turn a visit into a call.

Everything else is decoration. If a homeowner on a phone cannot see a number, tap it and be talking to somebody within a few seconds, the design is failing regardless of how it looks in a portfolio.

Built on WordPress, in accounts you own.

What actually goes wrong with contractor websites.

It is slow on a phone
Which is where nearly all of the emergency traffic is. Every second of load time is people leaving before they saw anything you paid to show them
The number is not where the thumb is
One phone number in a header, no click to call, and a contact form as the primary path. On an emergency job that is a lost call rather than a slow one
The booking path is a maze
Three clicks to find a service, a form with eleven fields, and no indication anyone will respond today
Somebody else owns it
Built on a proprietary platform you cannot export, hosted in the agency's account. Leaving means starting over, which is the point of building it that way

If you left your current agency tomorrow, what would you take with you?

For a lot of owners the honest answer is the domain and nothing else. That is not an accident, and it is the single most common reason a business stays somewhere it stopped being happy two years earlier.

If that is the picture, here is what we build.

What we build.

01

Fast on a phone first

Because that is where the work comes from, and because speed is a ranking factor as well as a conversion one.

02

Click to call on every screen

The number never more than a thumb away, with tracked numbers so you can see what each page produced.

03

A booking path with no maze

Short forms, obvious next step, and a clear statement of when somebody will respond.

04

Built for search from the start

Structure, schema and service architecture designed in rather than retrofitted, so the site supports the Demand layer instead of fighting it.

05

Owned by you

WordPress, in your hosting, in your accounts. If you leave, you take all of it.

About redesigns.

A redesign is the most common way for a business to lose rankings it spent years earning. It happens when URLs change without redirects, when content is cut because it looked dated, and when a new site launches without anyone checking what the old one was ranking for. We map that before anything is rebuilt, and we will tell you when a rebuild is the wrong call and a targeted fix is the right one.

Questions owners ask about websites

How much does a contractor website cost?

It depends on page count and whether service area pages are in scope. We quote it against what the site needs to do rather than from a package, and it is quoted separately so nothing hides inside a retainer.

Do I own the website?

Yes. WordPress, in your hosting, in your accounts. If you leave us you take all of it, which is not true of most platform-built contractor sites.

Will a redesign hurt my rankings?

It can, and frequently does. URL changes without redirects and content removed for looking dated are the two usual causes. Both are avoidable if the mapping happens before the build rather than after launch.

How long does a contractor website take?

Most take six to ten weeks depending on page count and how fast content and photography come back from your side.

Do I need a new site to improve my search results?

Often not. Sometimes the existing site needs speed work and structure rather than a rebuild, and we will tell you when that is the cheaper right answer.
